Every VOID piece is made to order to reduce waste and ensure intentional production. All orders include tracking.

Estimated delivery times

  • United States: 5–7 business days (fulfilled from our Los Angeles and Delaware warehouses).
  • Canada: 7–14 business days.
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–21 business days.
  • Australia: 12–25 business days.
  • International (including Indonesia): 10–25 business days or longer depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or local carrier delays.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country; where they apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Every VOID piece is made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
