Shipping

Every VOID piece is made to order. Nothing is warehoused — each artifact is produced deliberately after you place your order, then sent to you.

Production and dispatch. Made-to-order production takes approximately 2–3 weeks before your order is dispatched. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves us.

Where we ship. We ship worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and courier.

Duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Where they apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Every VOID piece is made to order, produced individually for you. Because of this, we handle returns honestly and without games.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. We stand behind every artifact. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.

Change of mind. Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for an incorrect size chosen. Please use the size guide on each product before ordering — and reach out any time if you are unsure; we are glad to help you choose.

Contact. Reach us with your order number and we will respond quickly.
